We want you to love your jewelry! You have up to 5 days from when you receive your order to report any missing or damaged pieces. Please email janet_tmst@yahoo.com and include your name, order #, and a photo of the damaged piece. Due to the nature of jewelry, there are no returns after five (5) days. Clean your jewelry with a soft cloth. Never submerse them into bath or dishwater. If you accidentally get your jewelry wet, remove the piece immediately and gently blot away any moisture and let dry.
Do NOT use jewelry cleaner. Lotions & perfumes, as well as your body chemistry could cause discoloration under your rings. If this happens, try clear nail polish on your new rings.
For your hair accessories, use a cool hair dryer or a lint remover to remove any dust.
AVOID the 5 S's while wearing the product - shower, sleep, swim, sweat and spray.
