Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with The Morgan's Sparkling Treasures! We work hard to keep shipping affordable while carefully packaging your treasures for their journey to you.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.95 on qualifying orders.
Orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.
Shipping charges and any applicable discounts will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing & Shipping
In-stock website orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
We generally ship orders on Mondays and Wednesdays, although additional shipping days may be added as needed.
Most packages are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage to help keep shipping costs affordable. Delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping and delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by holidays, severe weather, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Combined Weekly Orders
Customers shopping through our Facebook Lives, VIP Group, or other direct-sale events may combine eligible purchases during our weekly Friday–Thursday billing cycle.
Combined orders are invoiced after the billing cycle closes, and payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice.
Paid orders are then prepared for the next available shipping date.
Unpaid or late-paid invoices may be moved to the following available shipping date.
Preorders & Reserved Items
Some products may be offered as preorders or reserved merchandise before they arrive at our boutique.
Estimated arrival times will be provided whenever possible; however, supplier and carrier delays can occur and arrival dates are not guaranteed.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder/reserved merchandise, you may be given the option to:
Hold your entire order and ship everything together once the preorder merchandise arrives, or
Ship your in-stock merchandise first, with an additional shipping charge applying when the remaining merchandise is shipped.
Tracking & Delivery
When tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided after your package has been prepared for shipment.
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and transit delays are outside the direct control of The Morgan's Sparkling Treasures.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Please include your order number and a photo of the item whenever possible.
Do not attempt to repair a damaged item before contacting us, as we may need photos or additional information to determine the best resolution.
