We ship for a flat rate of $5.95 for all items collected during the weekly billing cycle of Friday - Thursday and invoiced on Saturday with payments due within 24 hours.

We typically ship on Mondays and Wednesday of each week using Ground Advantage for cost savings to our customers.

Invoices not paid timely will move towards the following ship/delivery dates available.

All dates are tentative and may be adjusted due to holidays and other possible delays in delivery.

Did you receive a piece that was damaged during shipment?

Most pieces can be easily fixed by reconnecting a chain or using super glue to glue stones back on.

However, if a piece is beyond repair, you have 7 days from when you receive your order to report any missing or damaged piece. Please see our Return Policy.

After the 7-day time period, no refunds will be given.
